Made from up-cycled denim. Jeans are deconstructed in Tamasyn's studio and then over printed in her graphic prints. The patterns are sewn by the Working Well Sew and Support project in Limehouse.
The images are for illustration purposes only as no two products are the same.
Launching our joint venture into hand printed upcycling off cuts of natural fabrics into yoga props. We are collaborating on the design and print of yoga props and accessories. locally made from reused and upcycled material, hand printed with a bespoke, unique Tamayn Gambell print, made especially to provide support for your body and create a more accessible practice, and peace of mind knowing you are reducing textiles to landfill at the same time. A very special part of this project will be the Yoga mat bags that we are making from the legs of irreparable ripped jeans.
Private sessions, Community and Corporate Groups
Private sessions, Community and Corporate Groups
In your home, garden or a local park find the yoga to suit your body, have a yoga session at a time that suits you and with rates on a sliding scale suits your budget too.
Held in a safe place, with Jessica’s warm, reassuring presence and close attention to all your movement needs you can:
• focus on an aspect of your asana practice.
• Heal an injury through the therapeutic properties of proper alignment.
• Have personal space and privacy.
• Build confidence and strength before joining a public class
A one to one session is an opportunity to get a practice that is designed just for you in your home or at your work and fit your practice around your schedule. I also offer a sliding scale for these sessions.
Community groups often have specific needs Jessica is devoted to offering Accessible Yoga to those that would not feel welcome or comfortable in a Yoga studio setting or are not aware of the benefits this practice can have.
Examples of groups I have worked with include: the elderly, women’s groups: including specialist classes for Menopause, FGM survivors, refugees, children and families and teenagers.
Do you know, work with or belong to a group that would like a yoga teacher?
I am always interested in meeting your group to discuss your specific needs.
Please email me to discuss contact@jessicagreen.net
I offer a sliding scale between £80 and £40 for an hour of expert, personal and specific yoga practice designed for you.
Corporate or private group classes at your workplace or in group setting.
Long days, commuting, poor sitting positions and limited or no breaks can make a more stressed and inefficient workforce.
Yoga in the office is a great way to address these issues! As anxiety, depression, sick days and obesity are increasing, it makes sense to invest in corporate well being.
Key benefits include: relief from stress, anxiety and insomnia
Results are: higher staff retention, enhanced motivation and creativity, reduced absenteeism and a greater sense of team and work morale.
I offer 3 options:
Taster sessions (30 mins for large groups)
Regular Yoga classes, (60 mins for groups of 4-12 people)
Wellness days, including a healthy, fresh, vegan lunch and reflexology and head and neck massage sessions.
Classes can be scheduled early morning, during lunch hours and after office hours.
