Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Start the weekend with some high spirited yoga, playlist and relaxation that will leave you feeling more open, aware and alive.  Flowing vinyasa and music to lead you through a safe but challenging asana practice. Using clear alignment, centred attitude and conscious movement, strengthen and stretch your way into a centred start to the weekend. Some level of experience is necessary, as it can be challenging in pose, pace and choice (the most advanced form of practice is listening to your body!), freedom to practice what you feel not what you hear.
