For those that struggle getting up from a yoga mat.
This practice is great for maintaining balance, strength, mobility and body awareness.
Accessible for all regardless of age, body or experience.
Please make sure you have a chair that suits your height (your feet easily touch the ground but your knees are not too high), has a supportive back rest that you can use to support your weight and balance when you stand.
If you are unsure please consult your doctor/ GP before participating.
