A Hatha Yoga session using our bodies and breath. To practice mindfulness to increase confidence and relaxation. Age 8+

***All young people must be collected by 5.35pm - after this time a £10 charge increasing by £1 per minute will be payable ***


Tuesday Women's Yoga

Gentle chair/floor based yoga to encourage relaxation and provide a release of tension. 

  • Stretch and move your body to maintain strength and flexibility.
  • Learn breathing techniques to keep you calm and focused.
  • Challenge your balance and develop stability.

Open to all women of any age and ability. Wear something stretchy but not too loose that you can move your whole body freely in. 
Small toddlers and babies are welcome but it will not be a baby yoga class.

High spirited yoga and playlist that will leave you feeling more open, aware and alive.  Flowing vinyasa and inspiring music to lead you through a safe but challenging asana practice. Using clear alignment, centred attitude and conscious movement, strengthen and stretch your way into a centred start to the weekend.
