Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle practice that combines asana, somatic movement, meditation, and rest, making it suitable for all levels, ages, and bodies.
Join us and experience a nurturing environment where everyone can benefit from mindful movement.
Each session consists of approximately 30 minutes of movement, allowing you to connect with your body, followed by 15 minutes of meditation to center your mind. We conclude with 15 minutes of unwinding and rest, providing a harmonious balance of activity and relaxation.

Flowing poses guide you through a safe but challenging yoga practice. With clear alignment and a centered attitude, I offer conscious movement that fosters strengthening and relaxation. This session is designed to initiate your weekend with love and attention, not only for yourself but also for the benefit of all.
Some level of experience is necessary, as this practice will present challenges in pose, pace, and choice. Approach this practice as a journey, breath by breath, pose by pose that will bring you closer to a state of balance and serenity.

This is a guided meditation designed to prepare you for a nap on a hot afternoon and includes a Shitali Pranayama breathing practice to begin. I love this practice but feel free to skip the first 2/3 minutes if you don’t get on with it.
