Chair Yoga is an accessible and gentle Yoga inspired exercise class.
Ideal for those that:
are at a desk and need a break
can’t put weight on their legs/knees/ankles/feet or arms/elbows/wrists/hands
struggle getting up from or down to a yoga mat.
