Charlotte Preston and I invite you to escape the distractions of city life for a day in the beautiful  New Forest. It will be the perfect opportunity to:

Nourish yourself...

  • Immerse yourself in nature and observe the colours of spring
  • Unravel the mind and body through movement and meditation
  • Enjoy hearty, local, vegan/vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
  • Restore your natural state of mind and purpose by aligning with the rhythms of nature.

The day will start with an energising Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation practice, followed by a walk in the forest/along the river,  lunch and winding down with Qi-Gong and Restorative Yoga.

Be held by Nature...

We'll practice in the Tree House, a beautiful wooden building set above ground level in the tree-tops of a small woodland, near Home Farm.

In the open plan yoga room, floor to ceiling glazed walls mean there is little between you and the natural surroundings.

Surrounded by ancient woods this is a beautiful, magical location just a few hours away from London by train.

Join myself and Master Wholefoods Chef Heather Umlah for yoga, meditation and delicious food, in a stunning cliff top location, looking out at the wild waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Cornwall’s beautiful yet rugged North Coast.

YOGA Each day will start with guided Meditation, Yoga suitable for every level and a breakfast of kings.
The afternoons will be an opportunity to restore and/or explore the beach,  walk along the coastal path and visit the magical and mystical town of Tintagel.
Jessica will lead slow, flowing vinyasa and deeply relaxing restorative Yoga. She will guide you through Yoga practice with careful alignment, uplifting sequences and space for gentle release.

FOOD Master Whole Food Chef Heather Umlah invites you to experience the profound awakening of what it is to nourish the self. Discover what your own individual pathway of wellbeing looks like, explore the anatomy of eating through understanding how to use food energetics and which vegetables contain the most food medicine.

Learn how to design a daily practice of deep nourishment and personal medicine for your constitution.

NATURE The Bluff is situated on the cliffs above Trebarwith Strand in North Cornwall (near Tintagel) and boasts one of the most beautiful views you could wish to enjoy. Just 45 minutes from Bodmin Parkway Station (4 hours by train from London).
