A Hatha Yoga session using our bodies and breath. To practice mindfulness to increase confidence and relaxation . Age 8+
£35 for 8 weeks or £5 a class drop in.

***All young people must be collected by 5.35pm - after this time a £10 charge increasing by £1 per minute will be payable ***

Shake off the day in this flowing vinyasa class safely challenges and deepens your asana practice, using clear alignment, centred attitude and conscious movement, strengthen and stretch your way into a profound experience of the Self, leaving you feeling more open, aware and alive both on and off the mat.

A creative mix of flowing sequences and challenging postures, this dynamic style harmonizes breath and movement, bringing strength, grace and freedom to the body. 

Class is £10 and you can book on line or drop cash only.

Start the weekend with a party! High spirited yoga and playlist that will leave you feeling more open, aware and alive.  Flowing vinyasa and inspiring music to lead you through a safe but challenging asana practice. Using clear alignment, centred attitude and conscious movement, strengthen and stretch your way into a centered start to the weekend.

 I love to take yoga outside of studios. Making it available to others that wouldn't consider Yoga otherwise, but might benefit most. 

Please contact me to discuss working your group, Yoga doesn't have to be expensive or just for bendy people! I have worked in schools (with teachers and students), at community events and with specific community groups.

A one to one session is an opportunity to get a practice that is designed just for you in your home or at your work and fit your practice around your schedule. 

the benefits of a one to one Yoga session:

• More focus on an aspect of your asana practice.

• Heal an injury through the therapeutic properties of proper alignment.

• Have personal space and privacy.

• Build confidence and strength before joining a public class

Join myself and Master Wholefoods Chef Heather Umlah for yoga, meditation and delicious food, in a stunning cliff top location, looking out at the wild waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Cornwall’s beautiful yet rugged North Coast.

YOGA Each day will start with guided Meditation, Yoga suitable for every level and a breakfast of kings.
The afternoons will be an opportunity to restore and/or explore the beach,  walk along the coastal path and visit the magical and mystical town of Tintagel.
Jessica will lead slow, flowing vinyasa and deeply relaxing restorative Yoga. She will guide you through Yoga practice with careful alignment, uplifting sequences and space for gentle release.
 

FOOD Master Whole Food Chef Heather Umlah invites you to experience the profound awakening of what it is to nourish the self. Discover what your own individual pathway of wellbeing looks like, explore the anatomy of eating through understanding how to use food energetics and which vegetables contain the most food medicine.

Learn how to design a daily practice of deep nourishment and personal medicine for your constitution.
 

NATURE The Bluff is situated on the cliffs above Trebarwith Strand in North Cornwall (near Tintagel) and boasts one of the most beautiful views you could wish to enjoy. Just 45 minutes from Bodmin Parkway Station (4 hours by train from London). 

 

LONG WEEKEND starts Friday 16th June 3pm and ends Monday 19 June 11am.

2/3 nights in a double/twin ensuite room £350 / £300 early bird before 1st May 2017
Includes all meals, (except saturday evening) yoga and special Sadhana of self nourishment  session with Heather.

£50 deposit to reserve your place.
