Join myself and Master Wholefoods Chef Heather Umlah for yoga, meditation and delicious food, in a stunning cliff top location, looking out at the wild waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Cornwall’s beautiful yet rugged North Coast.
YOGA Each day will start with guided Meditation, Yoga suitable for every level and a breakfast of kings.
The afternoons will be an opportunity to restore and/or explore the beach, walk along the coastal path and visit the magical and mystical town of Tintagel.
Jessica will lead slow, flowing vinyasa and deeply relaxing restorative Yoga. She will guide you through Yoga practice with careful alignment, uplifting sequences and space for gentle release.
FOOD Master Whole Food Chef Heather Umlah invites you to experience the profound awakening of what it is to nourish the self. Discover what your own individual pathway of wellbeing looks like, explore the anatomy of eating through understanding how to use food energetics and which vegetables contain the most food medicine.
Learn how to design a daily practice of deep nourishment and personal medicine for your constitution.
NATURE The Bluff is situated on the cliffs above Trebarwith Strand in North Cornwall (near Tintagel) and boasts one of the most beautiful views you could wish to enjoy. Just 45 minutes from Bodmin Parkway Station (4 hours by train from London).
LONG WEEKEND starts Friday 16th June 3pm and ends Monday 19 June 11am.
2/3 nights in a double/twin ensuite room £350 / £300 early bird before 1st May 2017
